Chinese capital seizes condos! Loopholes in Thai law, unfair to hotel business people

If we look at the method of Chinese capital coming in to buy up condominium units before renting them out on a daily basis, they will use a loophole in the law that allows foreigners to own and buy 49% of condominiums using only the original copyright and a certificate of money transfer from abroad (the source of income). They can then make a sales contract with the room owner through the Land Department and can buy as many rooms as they want, with no time limit on possession.
